Study the impact of accelerated explosion powders and needles |

Behavior of metals, dielectrics, explosives and various designs were investigated at impact of accelerated by explosion of powders and sewing needles. At impact of powders of corundum and tungsten with velocities up to 2 km/s effect of super-deep penetration was observed in the steel and duralumin. A length of measured channels was reached 100 particle diameters. It is proposed a jetting mechanism of super-deep penetration of powders in metals. It is assumed that the jet penetrates into the cracks in brittle fracture when plastic flow does not have time to develop because of the high strain rate. Investigating the possibility of destruction by needles of different designs, plexiglas blocks, against meteor screens, containers with elastic and explosive materials with the release of energy is much higher than the energy of needles. Results and developed of acceleration device used to modeling the impact of meteorites and space debris, meteorites entry into the atmosphere and resistance anti meteor screens and actives geophysical of rocket experiments and other problems in geophysics.
