The superluminal signals as a consequence
of fluctuation of the quantum field |

It is shown theoretically that the transmission of the information in optical excited media is accompanied always by superluminal signals. The appearance of superluminal signals follows from the conventional quantum electrodynamics equations using conventional methods of their investigations. It is considered the process of exciting of the atom (1) by quantum electromagnetic field created by classical current. Such field preliminary undergo the scattering by intermediate atom (2) being in its excited state. The probability of the atom (1) being exciting is calculated using Dirac theory as a corresponded matrix element squared. Such calculation shows that superluminal signal of considerable extent appears in such system. The extent of superluminal signals is restricted by the lifetime of excited state of the intermediate atom.
