Engineering Physics Annotation << Back Intense-deformed condition in pseudomorphic and relax heterostructures R.V. Goldshtein, V.A. Gorodtsov, A.V. Chentsov, P.S. Shushpannikov, Chi Vi Liu, Cheng-Khan Li A problem related to the deformation of the two-phase epitaxial heterostructure with a piecewise distribution of the second phase concentration is considered. As the examples of the single material and bi-material micro- and nanotubes some particular cases of the piecewise second phase distribution are considered on the basis of previously obtained general solution of the elasticity problem. The possibility of replacing of a piecewise second phase distribution on a discontinuous distribution is analyzed in detail on the basis of the obtained in the paper solution for curvature of the heterostructures of the considered type. The examples of bent but not stressed and stressed but not bent heterostructures are demonstrated. Keywords: thin films, micro- and nanotubes, Stoney formula, rolled up tubes.
