Atomic-molecular metastable matters
and solar neutrinos |

Impact of the solar neutrino flux is capable of changing the periodicity of the flow modulation parameters of natural radioactivity and / or lasers. Heavy deformed radioactive nuclei are unstable and before decay time can be represented as a metastable system, effectively interacting with the neutrino flux. In general, the metastable media and systems can take many forms: mechanical and quantum oscillators; nuclear, atomic and electronic, molecular environment, solids under load (thermal fluctuation process of destruction); seismic acoustic noise fields and certain electronic systems. The observed interaction of solar neutrinos with an array of the Earth as a passive medium (Kamiokande experiment) was confirmed earlier in the form of daily peak in the spectrum of periodicities of radioactivity ore as the Mikheev - Smirnov – Wolfenstein effect. And in this report there is as the observed effect on the oscillator in time of lunar eclipse. Search the daily periodicity of the solar neutrino flux led to the discovery and longer periodicities, probably due to turbulent processes in the central zone of the Sun.
