Engineering Physics Annotation << Back Application of АIIBV semiconductor compounds in electronic engineering V. M. Trukhan In the present work, the АIIBV (A – Zn, Cd; В – P, As) semiconductor compounds for possible prospective use in electronics are considered. The compounds can be successfully applied for operation in the heat sensors, Hall sensors, in the sensors of liquids level and in the magnetic sensors; in the photoresistor, in the extenders and stabilizers of laser irradiation, in optical filters for IR spectral region, in the polarizers, in the baffles of laser irradiation, in the delay lines to be thermally controlled, in the semiconductor switches, as impurities to be introduced into the АIIIBV semiconductor compounds.
