Information CALS-technology for plasmachemical synthesis of high-purity nanomaterials |

An information CALS-model of the plasmachemical process for the obtaining of nanodisperse high-purity materials was developed. To the model there were included: construction project of universal device for obtaining of compositions of silicon, titan, tin, iron and tungsten; thermodynamic researches in a wide range of temperatures, pressure and components proportion; researches of nanodisperse powders granulated contents based on the influence on dispersion by two parametric complexes (aggregate condition of substance and components proportion).
