To improve the process of hydrocarbon fuel burning, and, hence, to reduce the fuel expense, detonation decrease at work on bad quality fuel and decrease in quantity of harmful substances in the fulfilled gases aqueous-fuel emulsion moves in the vehicles engines combustor.
