Properties of coherent two-phase exchange-based
magnet FePt/Fe

The prospects for the synthesis of composite magnetic materials on the basis of the exchange-coherent two-phase magnet. Among the different methods of creating a composite magnetic material isolated by detonation spraying, promising in terms of performance and durability of «bonding» of nanoparticles. Using numerical modeling confirmed increase energy product (BH) max of nanocomposite compared to products of energy layers separately for specific experimental conditions. In the range of geometrical dimensions of the magnetic phases corresponding to the current capabilities of equipment increase of the nanocomposite energy product (BH)max with decreasing thickness of the soft magnetic layer from 10 to 6 nm was found. The presence of suppression effects of the spin spring and exchange-coherent interaction is demonstrated, the influence of effects on the energy product of the system is considered, the optimum thickness of the soft magnetic layer is determined.
