Dynamic conductivity of epitaxial graphene
formed on the metal surface

In this work the transport properties of the epitaxial graphene formed on the surface of the metal substrate are investigated. We used an approach based on the model Hamiltonian of the Anderson-Newns. An analytical expression for the dynamic conductivity of epitaxial graphene is obtained. We investigate the real part of the dynamic conductivity of epitaxial graphene. The fundamental issues considered in this paper are crucial in the study of optical, magneto-optical, thermoelectric and thermo-magnetic properties of epitaxial graphene. The results obtained are of great interest when considering the epitaxial graphene as a promising material for microwave technology.
