The solutions of Maxwell equations in the given external field sources are investigated. Some problems of field creation by the external sources are considered. It must be distinguished two types of fields: related to the sources fields and the fields coming off from the sources. The lasts represent the radiation fields. In this section we will consider only related fields. In the analysis of such fields, we relied on the concepts of the retarded and advanced potentials of the field. Considered the most typical problems: a) field generated by a charge moving along a predetermined path, and b) field of a uniformly moving charge, and finally, c), the last section is devoted to the transition to the fields generated by a system of charges in the radiationless approximation (approximation of Darwin). For this purpose to be obtained approximate Lagrangian of particle system up to quadratic terms in the relations of the particle velocity to the speed of light in vacuum and obtained approximate equations of motion. As examples of systems examined in detail the movement of two and four charges.
