Intensive interaction between the nuclei of atoms at a distance
of more than two millimeters by wave structures neutron
down time in lead spectrometer NDTS-100 INR RAS

There was discovered a change in the properties of the nuclei of atoms silver and antimony by the neutron wave structures and abnormal resonances of the xenon 3000, 560, 230 and 5.30 eV. The study was conducted with proportional counters filled with xenon and CO2 in measuring channels number 1 and 2, at distances 172 and 143 cm from the neutron generation place. The spectrum of gamma rays anomalous neutron xenon resonance with the energy 5.30 eV haves low energy photons at the end of cascade to the ground state. This combined with the internal photoeffect on the respective xenon atom allowed with grate accuracy take into account contribution of the known resonances in the capture of a neutron energy of 5.30 eV in the three measuring channels NDTS-100. In addition to the unexpected effect on the spectrum of gamma rays and neutron capture cross section revealed a change in the mean time slowing the neutrons produced by res-onance capture silver and antimony. Especially on silver capture of neutrons with energy 5…19 eV. Found that the dependence of the neutron flux density of down time radically stand out of the calculations carried out by the Montwe–Carlo L.N. Latysheva and N.M. Sobolevski. This is expected because in [2] it was shown that the neutrons in the spectrometer NDTS-100 exist as big wave structures with size up to 70 cm.
