Photoeffect and heat component

The superluminal signals appearing by spreading of electromagnetic field inside the thermally excited media are investigated theoretically and experimentally. It is shown that electrodynamics equations solving by well-known methods can explain existence of such signals as the consequences of fluctuations properties of second quantized fields. It is shown that quantum mean values of electric and magnetic strength operators in such signals are equal to zero, while the energy is not equal to zero. Such signals do not possess the classical analogues. The effective superluminal velocity of laser beam transmitted through plane parallel medium of excited atoms is calculated. There are shown the results of experiments measuring effective velocity of signal passing through cylindrical air layer of metallic tube heating inside. One states the harmony between theoretical and experimental data.
