If the vector of magnetic moment does not coincide with the direction of the magnetic field, then this moment accomplishes precession motion. This motion does not have a inertia, since it instantly ceases at the moment of removing the magnetic field. At the same time the atom, which has magnetic moment and placed into the magnetic field, possesses potential energy. Therefore potential energy can be accumulated not only in the electric fields, but also in the precession motion of magnetic moments, which does not possess inertia. This phenomenon makes it possible to introduce into the electrodynamics new the concept of kinetic capacity.
