LITOVCHENKO The methodology of the study of physical processes in the bowels of the planet, based on the selection of local areas of the earth's surface with the unique strength of the gravitational field through a linear association of the material points on the plane in the inertial system. Such an approach to the Earth's surface are two dy-namical systems, the mechanism of plastic deformation behavior in which the compression of a spherical space of 40° N–42° N and 73° E–80° E is different with respect to ~ 77° meridian.
