BULYZHENKOV Gravitational and inertial mass densities are continuous within the radial structure of the elementary energy currier. Nonempty space of overlapping energy-charges mainains flat 3-interval and gravitational time dilatation without pecularities. Metric fields with time-varying 4-potentials increase inertial/gravitational energy-charges due to expantion of the Universe, rather than due to additional «dark energy». Constant orbital speeds of stars in galaxy perepheria can be explained by the modified Navier-Stoks equation for probe mass-energy draw by local metric velocities of material space formed by nonlocal masses of the rotating galactic kernel.
