INFLUENCE of VARIOUS PROCESSINGS ON PROPERTIES OF DIODES SHOTTKI MADE OF AMORPHOUS ALLOY NI-TI

In the given activity the reason occurrence of a superfluous current αNiTi-nSi in diodes Shottki (DSH) near to temperature of crystallisation of an amorphous metal alloy is studied, and is simultaneously explained, influence of ultrasonic processing (USP) on the properties, made on technology DSH with a metal alloy αNiTi-nSi solar cells (SE). Occurrence of a superfluous current in DSH after an annealing at temperature 540 ºC and above, is connected with violation of border of section (BS). Experimental data prove that character and degree of changes photo-electric and electrophysical properties SE depend on chosen mode USP.
