TEMPERATURE FIELD IN THE PIPE WITH WAX DEPOSITION WHEN EXPOSED TO ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION |

Education of wax deposition in oil-field equipment leads to frequent reduction of the useful cross-section of pump-compressor pipes and oil pipes, to the complete overlap of the risers and the annular channels in the annular space, which requires repairs of wells. On the basis of the analysis of materials of scientific and technical literature it is established that in some cases one of the effective methods of prevention and control of the formation of wax deposition is the use of energy of high-frequency (HF) and microwave electromagnetic fields. In the article the processes of heating and melting of paraffin plug in the oil well barrel by moving source of electromagnetic radiation of microwave range are investigated. Calculations of space-time dependences of temperature in a pipe considered as a round waveguide are carried out. The change in the time of complete melting of the paraffin tube depending on the structure of the electromagnetic field is shown.
