GALCHENKO The increasing role of the mineral resource complex in the near and long-term development of technocratic civilization determines the relevance of the search for new ways to update geotechnologies for the development of deposits of all geological types. The specifics of the prospects for the development of the raw material base of our country lies in the outpacing increase in the value of deposits of the vein type and deposits located in the permafrost zone. The results of theoretical and experimental research on the formation of a fundamentally new geotechnological direction in the development of vein deposits of non-ferrous, rare, precious and radioactive metals, as well as the possibility of industrial application of new technological solutions in various mining and geological conditions are presented.
