MEASUREMENT SYSTEM FOR STUDYING DEFECTS IN ALLOY PLATES BY USING SUBMINIATURE EDDY-CURRENT TRANSDUCERS |

Based on ultra-miniature eddy current transducers, measuring systems are used that allow local studies of aluminum-magnesium alloy plates in the presence of defects. Modification of the Delyann filter was carried out, which allows to significantly increase the signal-to-noise ratio. The data presented demonstrate the dependence of the response from the eddy current transducer on defects in the form of hidden slots and holes inside the plate at signal frequencies of 300...700 Hz on the exciting winding.
