RESEARCH OF FEATURES OF EXPLOSIVE DESTRUCTION OF ROCKS IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE SECONDARY STRESS STATE OF THE ARRAY

The paper presents the results of laboratory experiments and fi eld observations on the
justifi cation of the possibility of matching the parameters of the rebound with the structure and nature of the stress-strain state of the repulsive array. Stage-by-stage development of reserves by means of series-parallel excavation of small blocks, compared to the size of the entire fi eld, leads to redistribution of mining pressure and constant change of General and local stress fi elds. The conditions of technological explosions in the development of deposits are fundamentally different from the model of a camoufl age explosion and give rise to a number of new phenomena that are not taken into account. One of the reasons for the significant difference between the technological and the well-studied camouflage explosion is the infl uence of the natural fi eld of static stresses in the lithosphere and its changes near the free surfaces formed by the explosion. A wide range of changes in the elastic characteristics of ores with more or less stable properties of host rocks at the fi eld made it necessary to model for the three characteristic ratios of the quantities under consideration. As a result of the simulation, a General picture of the distribution of maximum shear stresses around the camera was obtained, which allows to give a qualitative picture of the working conditions of different parts of the array. The obtained data on the stress-strain state of ore and rock in the excavation of the chambers make it possible to determine the parameters of drilling and blasting operations in the treatment excavation. The correlation of the calculated thickness of the chops with the nature of the deformation distribution allowed to increase its value by an average of 13.5% and, accordingly, to reduce the specific consumption of drilling and explosive. As in the conduct of blasting in both options compare the type of EXPLOSIVES, the detonation and the specifi c energy parameters of the charges were identical, observations recorded a steady decline in the release of undesirable fractions (ore fines and oversize) can only be explained by the aforementioned effects of changes of parameters of drilling and blasting operations in the areas of contact with the ore rocks of the hanging and lying laterally, in accordance with the actual stress-strain state of the massif in these areas.
