INFLUENCE OF ADSORPTION
OF ATOMS ON THE ELECTRON
PROPERTIES OF MULTILAYER
GRAPHENE |

In the framework of the Anderson model, the problem of adsorption of atoms on the surface
of multilayer graphene with various types of packing of layers is considered. Analytical
expressions for the density of states of the bilayer graphene and adatom are obtained.
The change in the width and shift functions of the quasi-level adatom caused by adsorption
for different values of the number of layers is studied.
