In hybrid structure Zn0,1Cd0,9GeAs2+10wt.%MnAs and Zn0,1Cd0,9GeAs2+15wt.%MnAs with the Curie temperature Tc=310 K measured temperature depending of the magnetic sensibility, baric dependences resistivity p (P), Hall coefficient RH(P) and the magnetization M(P). In Zn0,1Cd0,9GeAs2+10wt.%MnAs and Zn0,1Cd0,9GeAs2+15wt.%MnAs on the dependence of the magnetization M(P) transition detected from the ferromagnetic state to the paramagnetic state, and on the dependencies transport properties structural phase transition at P ~ 3,2 GPa.
