Engineering Physics Annotation << Back 60-TH ANNIVERSARY OF AMIRKHANOV INSTITUTE OF PHYSICS OF DAGHESTAN SCIENTIFIC CENTER OF RUSSIAN ACADEMY OF SCIENCES A.K. MURTAZAEV, V.A. MIRSKAYA This report presents the history of the foundation and development of Amirkhanov Institute of Physics of Daghestan Scientific Center of Russian Academy of Sciences. The restructuring of the institute and the change in research directions over the course of 60 years are shown. Its current structure, research directions and scientific-organizational activities as well as basic scientific results are reported.
