ON THE PHYSICAL MECHANISM OF FORMATION OF ELECTRIC INDUCTION FIELD |

Near a conductor through which current flows, induction electric fi elds are formed, these fields are formed only in the case where the conductor is attached to the potential difference there, and charges are accelerated. But, unfortunately, the physics of the process is not yet clear. In this paper, based on the concept of a scalar-vector potential reveals the physical mechanism of induction fields.
