Engineering Physics Annotation << Back Change of parameters of passage of peahens at transformation of surface gaas under the influence of the stream of evaporated gold T.A. Bryantseva, D.V. Lyubchenko, I.A. Markov The parameters of the surface acoustic wave (SAW) propagation changing during the surface layer of high-resistance (semi-insulation) gallium arsenide transformation are investigated ((in situ) at Au deposition by thermal evaporation in the vacuum. It is found that the surface state variations such as Au-Ga liquid phase formation, solid phase formation based on Au3Ga, Au7Ga2, GaAs solid solution and so on leads to SAW propagation parameters (amplitude and phase) changing.
