At the article described new experimental results about generating electric and acoustic oscillations into the liquid water by means of electrical and magnetic fields. The frequency of oscillations is 1,5…2,5 kHz. The arise oscillations connected with presece of emulons into aqueous systems. The effect may be use for investigation and studies in electrolytes.
